In
2012 our Aussie Mozzie program becomes Tennis Hot Shots!
In 2012 our old Aussie Mozzie program, for all players aged 4 to 7 years of age,
will be changing to become Tennis Hot Shots, the official Tennis Australia
starter program for young players. By using smaller courts, racquets and low compression
balls the program makes learning tennis easy for new players. At the heart of
Tennis Hot Shots is a fundamental approach learning. It's called "Learning
Through Play" and it's based on developing skills in real situations that
happen on a tennis court. This program allows children to develop technically
and tactically in an environment that's always FUN and EXCITING. - All
new Tennis Hot Shot coaching enrolments will receive a HEAD Tennis Racquet and
a Tennis Hot Shots T-Shirt

Private
Lesson Cancellation PolicyAll
private tennis lessons who cancel without fair warning and without a reasonable
explanation will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson cost.
Therefore for a 30 minute lesson the cancellation fee is $20.00, for a 45 minute
lesson is $30.00 and for a 1 hour lesson is $40.00. The cancellation fee must
then be paid at the time of the following lesson. Fair
warning for the cancellation of a lesson is as follows: All Morning lessons:
Notification must be given verbally to the Centre reception or coach no later
than 6:00 pm the day before the lesson. All after school and evening lessons:
Notification must be given no later than 1.00 PM on the day of the lesson.
The reason we feel it is necessary to introduce this policy is due to an increasing
number of late and last minute cancellations, which unfairly effect both our coaches
and the Centre. A cancellation at the last minute means a coach is unable to reschedule
or book in another lesson and the Centre may not be able to hire out that court.
The
cancellation policy isn't intended as a penalty and will not be used against clients
who do the right thing, but rather it is being introduced to encourage greater
accountability and better communication between clients and the Centre. We
also feel this is something which should work both ways. So from the beginning
of term 2, if you have a private lesson booked, but your coach is unable to take
that lesson, if you do not receive fair warning of the cancellation by the Centre
you will only pay half price for your next lesson. If
anyone has any questions about the policy or wants to discuss it further please
feel free to speak to us at the Centre. TOP
